Returns & Exchanges

Returns can be requested within 7 calendar days of receiving your order
Exchanges can be requested within 7 calendar days of receiving your order
⁃ To request a return or exchange, contact us at useapure@gmail.com with your order number, the item, and a brief description of the reason
⁃ If requesting an exchange, please include the desired item in the email
⁃ Available items for exchange can be found directly on our website
⁃ If the replacement item has a higher value, we will send a PIX key for the payment of the price difference
⁃ When shipping the item back, please use the original packaging (black shipping bag turned inside out). If it’s no longer available, you may use plain brown or neutral wrapping. Fragile items must be protected with paper or bubble wrap
⁃ We do not accept transparent packaging or product packaging as a return envelope
⁃ Returns and exchanges will only be accepted for unused items in perfect condition with the original tags attached
⁃ The product must not have been worn, washed, or carry any odors
⁃ We do not accept altered pieces (e.g., hemming, resizing, etc.)
⁃ Items damaged due to misuse will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender
⁃ Once the return is approved and the refund is confirmed, you will receive an automatic email. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the item is received at our center

⁃ Customers in Curitiba also benefit from quicker return and exchange handling. Please reach out to arrange the most convenient solution.

International Orders

⁃ Orders shipped internationally are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Shipping

⁃ Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. To check the estimated delivery date, simply enter your ZIP code at checkout and view the timeframe provided by the shipping carriers. The delivery countdown starts once the order has been shipped, which may take up to 3 (three) business days after payment confirmation.
For product launches or during promotional periods, this processing time may double.

⁃ Customers in Curitiba benefit from faster delivery. Since we’re based in the city, we can offer quicker and more precise deliveries.
